Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund please send a photo of any damage, or spoilage. This will help us figure out what could do differently. As a startup company we know there will be hiccups along the way but our goal is to make sure you and your pet are happy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is spoiled, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Remember, our products are made without preservatives so they have a shorter shelf life, especially once opened. We recommend keeping treats in a cool, dark area. Please avoid areas with high heat and direct sunlight, which can spoil the treats.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue. If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
